                      Buhn Chao is the first example I see of a barbeque (pork slices and meat balls in this case) served in a broth along with rice noodles and salad. its freaking fantastic for $2.

Beer is warm and they drink it with ice on the street. Bia Saigon is one of the best and thats for a dollar.
